My Story

With over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-performance environments, I bring a rare blend of discretion, precision, and proactive problem-solving to every partnership. I’ve been the trusted right hand to C-suite leaders and investment professionals—managing complex calendars and global travel, streamlining operations, overseeing budgets and vendors, and ensuring flawless execution behind the scenes.

Today, I bring that same expertise to UpFront Virtual Assistant, my own business where I help entrepreneurs and small business owners operate more smoothly, efficiently, and confidently. My superpower is turning ideas into action—whether it’s brainstorming solutions, mapping out next steps, or keeping stakeholders aligned and on schedule to hit every deadline. From managing emails and organizing digital files to coordinating calendars, updating websites, and automating workflows, I make sure nothing slips through the cracks so my clients can focus on growth.

Before starting my business, I served as a Senior Executive Assistant and Process Analyst for the International Equities Investment Team at Columbia Wanger Asset Management (a subsidiary of Ameriprise Financial). I partnered with senior leadership on budgeting, compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional operations—driving measurable cost savings, improving forecasting accuracy, and streamlining workflows across U.S. and international teams. I’m known for meeting deadlines, safeguarding confidential information with absolute integrity, and bringing calm, clarity, and structure to complex environments. Details of all the things I accomplished are within my Linkedin profile.

Beyond my professional work, I’m an Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Facilitator, passionate about human healing through direct interaction with horses. When I’m not supporting Virtual Assistant clients, you’ll find me at the barn collaborating with other facilitators on the next therapeutic workshop or volunteering at a horse rescue.

I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, planning my next visit with my kiddo’s, “collaborating” with my Virtual Assistant and Horsey peers, reading, camping, hiking, traveling and simply enjoying what life brings my way.

My favorite thing right now is getting my steps in while catching up with friends miles away. It keeps me motivated and exercise time passes quickly!

And since you’ve made it to the end, here’s a little-known fun fact: I raised pigs in 4-H for nine years! This is Lucky below, yes in 1979 and next to her is a picture at a horse rescue recently. I love my volunteer time~!
